Synopsis:
Homeless Andy wanders to and beds down in the Blakes' garage, saves Ted from the prowlers, and meets the folks. After the adults depart on a false alarm, Ted is bound, Andy frees him, Ace is bound, Andy and Ted defeat and bind the other traitor seeking to steal the plans; the Blakes return, offer to take him in, and he is overjoyed.

Maizie (always thinks of others is why all love her) lassos boat with clothesline, saves all, welcomes party-crasher Mr. Meenie, refreshment to all as much as you want. Mr. Meenie changes heart, Raggedys dub him Mr. Teenie, which he reveals was his name before he became mean from isolation, and they become friends.

Nurse takes them to buy news ones at Mr. Weevil's store, complaining at the expense until she sees Mrs. Centipede come in to buy new shoes for herself and her daughter, and Nurse now is thankful that Billy and Bonny have only two legs apiece.

Synopsis:
Oswald and Toby are off to discover the world beyond the woods, Toby thirsts, Mr. Chipmunk gives them water, Mr. Chipmunk returns from the mill where the miller gypped him. They will soon starve. Oswald takes Toby, confront Miller Wolf, who tosses them in with two squirrels trapped in a tread-wheel to power the mill. Toby facilitates escape for all, they push Wolf and lock him in the tread-wheel, all receive their fair amount of flour. Oswald and Toby would like to stay with their new friends, but still have a lot of world to see.
