STORY DETAILS
Characters: Kaänga; Ann Mason; Professor Bolton; Doctor Norris; Zulu; Marmo (elephant); Bongo; Doug Connoly; Sue Bolton; Zulu
Synopsis: Kaänga and the district commissioner seek the Bolton safari. They find the party's doctor and press on. At the safari camp, Professor Bolton is ill and the natives believe that he is possessed. The natives assemble to drive out the Bolton party. Kaänga soon learns that the doctor, Norris, has betrayed the party and convinced the natives of the evil possession of Bolton in order to make a claim on the lost Bankhead Diamond Mine discovered by the party. Kaänga, Zulu, and Marmo defeat the natives and force a confession from Norris who is turned over to the commissioner.
