Synopsis: The framing sequence involves completion of a psychodrama performed by other Green lanterns for Hal Jordan and appears to be continued from the previous issue: it is continued in the next issue. In the main story, a boy on a planet of mental giants is exiled for his inadequacies, granted a Green Lantern's ring, and saves other exiles who are being attacked after returning to Tanjent in captured alien spaceships.
