Synopsis: A girl with amnesia gets a job as a nightclub singer. Later she leads Tracy to the body of a man in a stream. Tracy confronts the dead man's business partner, but as he's questioning him, the partner is shot.

Synopsis: The evidence points to Rudy Seaton as the killer of Fred Mason. Tracy has Seaton arrested, then uses Leota Sunny (Mary X with her memory restored) to set a trap for the real killer. The killer, Junky Doolb is taken to jail, where he is slipped a gun by the St. Bernard dog of a midget lawyer, Jerome Trohs. In the jailbreak, the lawyer escapes by riding on the large dog, while Doolb is killed. Trohs takes over Doolb's gang with the aid of his wife, Mamma, a huge woman.

Synopsis: Trohs has his gang grab Tracy and bring him to his hideout, where he crushes Tracy's right hand in a vise. The gang dumps Tracy in a trash bin. Patton finds Mamma in a candy store, but is roughed up when he tries to handcuff her. Junior has a run-in with Mamma and her St. Bernard attacks Junior's dog Oscar. In the battle, the St. Bernard's dog tag comes off and Junior finds it and takes it to Tracy. Tracy and his men hide in a dog catcher's wagon and capture Mamma. Tracy and his men are waiting when Trohs and his gang return to their hideout.

Synopsis: Trosh decides to buy the tourist camp as a hideout. Meanwhile, Mamma has seen a newsreel of Trosh performing as "Joe Atom," midget cowboy and escapes from jail and goes west to confront Trosh herself. Trosh steals the money he was paid for the tourist camp and the Doggie City Sheriff calls Tracy about the midget thief. Mamma and Tracy both end up at Trosh's hideout at the same time.
