Synopsis: Blockbuster, after being presumed drowned in Gotham Harbor, washes ashore near a small West Virginia town, where he befriended by a local miner. When Batman travels to there to investigates a Blockbuster sighting, the local union boss assumes Batman is there to investigate his criminal activities and takes steps to eliminate him.
