Synopsis: Steve drives around the United States, not sure on what to do about the Commission taking his Captain America identity from him. In his travels, he meets Brother Nature and takes the moniker of The Captain during their battle. In California, D-Man assembles the Falcon, Nomad and Vagabond to try to find out what happened to Cap.
