Synopsis: Gigo, a member of the Czar's nobility, owns a bowling alley where the kingpins of the officer's alley are hollowed out to fit .22 bullet guns and a catapult sends them sailing towards their intended victims. Gigo hates all democracies, but Cap and Bucky put a stop to his killings and hand him over to police.
