So the park meeting has an extra attendee, but also an unexpected conclusion.

Reggie tries to pull a mean trick on the new kid, Tuffy, when he thinks Jughead told him Tuffy was "stone deaf." What Jughead really said was "tone-deaf," meaning he couldn't tell one musical note from another.

Meanwhile, Veronica has had a change of heart and decides to let Archie go to the fights. Jughead and Veronica then meet and decide that the only thing to do is use the tickets themselves.
