Synopsis: After a visit to Earth Two, Flash (Barry Allen) is transported to a stranger version of Earth Two where the Shade is the mayor, everybody thinks he is Jay Garrick, and Joan Garrick is married to the Fiddler. It turns out to be a plot by the Wizard, which Barry foils.
