George Pérez Doctor Strange #6 Variant Cover Original Art (Marvel, 2023). "By the Hoary Hosts of Hoggoth!" Doctor Strange glows with gathering power in this Pérez variant cover, his raised hand giving a loving nod to the classic Ditko pose. After Pérez's passing, Marvel launched the George Pérez Variant Cover tribute line, drawing on rare art from his archives and restoring and coloring it in collaboration with his estate for select new releases. Ink and marker over blue pencil on Bristol board with an image area of 9" x 10". Signed and dated in the lower right. In Excellent condition. Includes a copy of the published comic.A portion of the proceeds from this auction will benefit The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) and the Hero Initiative.
