Neal Adams - Wonder Woman, Spider-Man, Battlestar Galactica, and others Con-Tact Advertising Illustration Original Art (1978). How often do you get to see Adams drawing Spider-Man? Of course, the artist had quite a career in commercial advertising over the years. This piece from 1978 celebrates the 25th anniversary of something pop culture related, based on the inclusion of popular characters from comics and cartoons, such as Wonder Woman, Batman and Robin, Hulk, Bugs Bunny, Superman, and even a scene from Battlestar Galactica! Created in ink over graphite on art paper with an image area of 13" x 16.75". Signed by Adams in the lower right margin. The paper is toned, and has two horizontal creases across the image area.
