Description

Disneyland - Park-Used Disneyland Railroad Sign (Walt Disney, c. 1980s-90s). Featuring the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle logo, this is an excellent park-used sign for the Disneyland Railroad. A mainstay centerpiece of Disneyland, the Disneyland Railroad (formerly known as the Santa Fe & Disneyland Railroad) was conceived by Walt Disney, who drew inspiration from his own backyard miniature Carolwood Pacific Railroad. The railroad has been consistently billed as one of Disneyland's top attractions, with an estimated 6.6 million passengers each year. This double-sided sign has a diameter of 24", and it shows minor handling with some light scuffing from use in the park. The condition is Very Good.
From the Rummell Collection.
