Description
Peanuts - It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown "Dog on Duty - The Flying Ace Dreams" Limited Edition Cel Setup with Giclee Print #54/66 (Bill Melendez, 2016). This is the official studio limited edition cel done in conjunction with this landmark Charles Schulz television special's 50th Anniversary. It is a 2-cel set-up on a print background for presentation purposes, in an edition of ONLY 66 pieces, to coincide with the year of its release in 1966. It came in a special black leather portfolio with a Studio COA. A Studio seal is on the cel. This piece was art directed by Melendez Studio artist Larry Leichiter. His newly-created storyboards of the Flying Ace scene were re-created in a Fine Art giclee on paper, and come with the cel setup as a bonus. It is hand-signed by the artist, and is a matching number of 54/66. The Fine Art giclee is 13.5" x 8.5" and has six storyboard panels. Extremely low edition!
