Kevin O'Neill Marshal Law #3 Painted Story Page 25 Original Art (Marvel/Epic, 1988). On this prismatic page of superhero dystopia from the satirical drafting hand of Kevin O'Neil, San Futuro's resident Cape-catcher Marshal Law arrives on the scene to discover the Public Spirits' car being defiled by a masked street gang. The page was produced in opaque watercolor over ink on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". All text is hand-lettered on an acetate overlay with a few whiteout text corrections.
