Police Comics #1 (Quality, 1941) CGC GD/VG 3.0 Cream to off-white pages. Plastic Man's origin and first appearance are not the only highlights of this first issue. The first appearances of Phantom Lady, Firebrand, and the Human Bomb are also included! Gill Fox provided the cover and some interior art for the issue, with Fred Guardineer, Reed Crandall, and Paul Gustavson also contributing art.
