Detective Comics #168 (DC, 1951) CGC GD/VG 3.0 Off-white to white pages. This unassuming Batman and Robin book contains the first origin of that harlequin of hate, the Joker, and it's currently tied for the #66 spot on Overstreet's list of Top 100 Golden Age Comics. CGC notes, "Cover detached." Overstreet 2022 GD 2.0 value = $3,700; VG 4.0 value = $7,400. CGC census 11/22: 19 in 3.0, 81 higher.
