Description
Edmond (Emsh) Emshwiller Science Fiction Quarterly May-1957 Preliminary Cover Painting Original Art (Columbia Publications Inc, 1957). A chilling sci-fi painting by Emsh was created for this issue's lead feature short story, "Quick Freeze" by soon-to-be-famed author Robert Silverberg. It was created in gouache over graphite on illustration board with an image area of 7" x 10". There is light toning overall, with handling wear and corner wear. In Excellent condition.
