The savage Wolverine barks at the Thieves Guild after he, Rogue, and Jean Grey fell for the Guild's trap that was intended for their real rival, the Assassin's Guild. Rogue, Jean Grey and Wolverine know how to free fall in style as they strike superhero-like poses in this hand-painted cel. Originally aired on 12/4/1993 as Episode 6 of Season 2, every ten years the Assassins and Thieves Guild must offer a tithing to a supernatural being called the X-Ternal, but this time Bella Donna has other plans to pit the vengeful X-Ternal against the Thieves Guild. The 12 field cel image can be seen approximately at the 12:06 mark of the episode. The combined character size of Wolverine, Jean Grey, and Rogue measures at 9.5" x 6.75" and is displayed over a print background for presentation purposes.
