Description
George Papp - Green Arrow Illustration Original Art (undated). This illustration by co-creator George Papp captures Green Arrow's earliest look as a clean-shaven adventurer in the Robin Hood tradition. Papp's portrayal set the tone for the hero's early years, and though Neal Adams later introduced the goatee, that evolution never diminished the clarity of Papp's original vision. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 12.75". Signed by Papp below the image area. In Excellent condition.From the Keif Fromm Estate.
