Hangman Comics #4 (MLJ, 1942) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white pages. The first blue label CGC copy we have ever seen with a grade above VG- 3.5! The Nazi, bondage cover is by Harry Lucey, with interior art by Paul Reinman, Bob Fujitani, and Irv Novick. One of CGC's top three copies of the issue.
