Fantastic Four Bound Volumes Group of 4 (Marvel, 1968-73). Includes issues #81-96, 97-112, 121-140, 141-160, and more, trimmed and bound into four hardcover volumes. Volume 3 includes both Giant-Size Super Stars #1 and Giant-Size Fantastic Four #2 and Volume 4 includes Fantastic Four Annual #11and Giant-Size Fantastic Four #3 and 4. Among these marvelous issues are the first appearances of Agatha Harkness, the Air-Walker Robot, the Multiple Man, and more, with art by Jack Kirby, John Buscema, George Perez, and others.
Pages range from off-white to tan with little handling wear to issues and volumes. Issue #111 has water damage throughout. Issue #142 has a Mark Jeweler's insert. Issue #154 has a tear in the front cover. Issues #145, 146, 151, and 155 are all missing their Marvel Value Stamps; all other stamps/issues are intact.
The first two volumes match with black covers while the latter volumes match with green covers embossed "Wm. McAfee, M. D.". All feature the title and issue numbers embossed on the sides. Approximate Overstreet 2023 VG 4.0 value for group = $1,000.
