Sub-Mariner Comics #27 The Promise Collection Pedigree (Timely, 1948) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. This copy not only sits at the top of the CGC census for this issue (the closest contender grades VF/NM 9.0), it's one of only eight unrestored copies with a grade above FN 6.0. Highlights include a Blonde Phantom story and a Namora cover appearance (by Don Rico). Bill Everett provided story art. Overstreet 2020 NM- 9.2 value = $2,700.
