Pep Comics #29 (MLJ, 1942) CGC VG/FN 5.0 Cream to off-white pages. This early Archie appearance seldom turns up in any sort of collectible condition. A retelling of the Shield's origin, and a couple of hanging panels are inside. Irv Novick and Alex Schomburg teamed up for the over-the-top JapaNazi World War II cover co-starring the Hangman.
