This single highest-graded copy contains Robin, Tomahawk, Captain Compass, and Federal Agent (his first appearance in the title) stories. Batman guest-stars in the Robin story. Jim Mooney and Charles Paris drew the Batman and Robin cover. Mooney, George Papp, Fred Ray, Win Mortimer, and Creig Flessel art. Overstreet 2021 NM- 9.2 value = $1,075.
