Description
Harvey Kurtzman and Will Elder Help! V2#3 "Goodman Meets S*perm*n" Page 18 Original Art (Warren, 1962). Fantastic Goodman Beaver panel page from the "Goodman Meets S*perm*n" story, which was reprinted on page 106 of the 1984 Kitchen Sink Press collection. This was Harvey Kurtzman's final satiric word on Superman, following his unforgettable "Superduperman" in MAD #4. In this version, a cynical and world-weary Clark Kent has turned away from helping humanity. The art is in ink and graphite on illustration board, with an approximate image area of 6.5" x 8.5", and is matted to an overall 12" x 14".
