Description
Dale Keown and Bob McLeod Marvel Comics Presents #57 Wolverine vs. Hulk Wraparound Cover Original Art (Marvel, 1990). A character-packed wraparound cover with the front image featuring a claws out, ready for battle Wolverine leaping at a surprised Grey Hulk! Not only do the two fan-favorites with a long history prepare to go another round on the front cover of this early Dale Keown classic, but we get to see Namor, the Sub-Mariner, Werewolf by Night, and Black Cat on the back cover of the Marvel anthology title. Ink over graphite on two Marvel cover stock Bristol boards with a combined image area of 19.25" x 15". The boards were previously held together by tape on the back. Signed by the art team in the lower image area. Slight toning, tape/notes in the bottom margin of the right half, tape registration marks in the left half margins, faint rectangular indentation in the top right image area of the left half, with light creasing/handling wear.
