The second Catwoman cover, the first for this title, and the highest-graded copy (tied with just one other) of the issue. Jack Burnley and Charles Paris drew the captivating Catwoman on the cover, and Paris drew her inside the issue. Tied with only one other copy for CGC's highest grade.
