Batman and Robin engage the Mad Hatter (Jervis Tetch) here, in his villainous first appearance, and there is a brief recap of Martian Manhunter's origin in the issue. Win Mortimer provided the menacing milliner cover, with Sheldon Moldoff, Joe Certa, and Ruben Moreira adding interior art. Overstreet 2024 NM- 9.2 value = $7,700.
