Thrilling Comics #2 Nova Scotia pedigree (Better Publications, 1940) CGC VF 8.0 Off-white to white pages. Gerber lists this book as "scarce," and it's one of the most elusive of the entire 80 issues in the series. It's also just the second standard-size comic book issue the company published.
