Description
Jim Mooney (as Bob Kane) Batman #56 Splash Page 1 Original Art (DC, 1950). The Dynamic Duo are on hand to meet up with "A Greater Detective Than Batman!" The twice-up scale masterpiece was rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 13.25" x 19" (including the stat header paste-up and the printed paste-up logo). There is a bit of discoloration on the faces of the men in the background, and the logo is lightly discolored. Signed by Jim Mooney in the lower margin.
