Amazing Fantasy #15 (Marvel, 1962) CGC FN/VF 7.0 Off-white to white pages. A copy of the Silver Age's most valuable comic book issue, in this grade, will require some skilled bidding to acquire! The tight spine, and rich cover colors hint at an even higher grade. That this was the first appearance of Spider-Man says it all -- it sits atop Overstreet's list of Top 50 Silver Age Comics, and the second place book doesn't even come close! Uncle Ben and Aunt May also make their first appearances here. Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko combined their talents for the front cover collaboration, with Ditko handling the story art. Look for bids above the six figure mark for this pretty copy. Overstreet 2021 FN 6.0 value = $38,400; VF 8.0 value = $110,400. CGC census 1/22: 54 in 7.0, 104 higher.
