Blue Ribbon Comics #18 Mile High Pedigree (MLJ, 1941) CGC NM 9.4 White pages. This Mile High copy and the Rockford copy (an 8.0) are the only high-grade copies that we've ever seen of issue #18; in fact, an 8.5 is the only other high-grade copy on CGC's current census! Sam Cooper did the cover, and interior artists include Bob Montana and Paul Reinman. A real looker. Overstreet 2016 NM- 9.2 value = $1,650. CGC census 2/17: 1 in 9.4, none higher.CGC Grader Notes:
