Blue Ribbon Comics #17 Mile High Pedigree (MLJ, 1941) CGC NM+ 9.6 White pages. This copy of the second appearance of Captain Flag is second to none! The Sam Cooper swastika cover and art look as fresh as the day the book was purchased back in 1941. We have only offered two copies of issue #17 previously -- a raw GD/VG and a graded VF-.
