Action Comics #13 (DC, 1939) CGC FR/GD 1.5 Cream to off-white pages. This was just the fourth time the Man of Steel appeared on a cover, and the Ultra-Humanite made his first appearance in this issue. A two-page centerfold ad for Superman #1, along with Joe Shuster art on the locomotive cover and interior, are standout highlights. Bernard Baily and Fred Guardineer art.
