Description
Gil Kane and Joe Sinnott Defenders #19 Cover Power Man Original Art (Marvel, 1975). The Wrecking Crew lives up to their name on this cover that features a defeated Nighthawk, Doctor Strange, the Hulk, and Luke Cage: Power Man! The cover was created in ink over graphite on World Color cover stock Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The logo/corner box and header dressing are the original stat; however, after the fact someone has re-blacked the black areas that would have discolored over time. There is tape holding on the banner caption and word balloon paste-ups. There is a good deal of glue residue and discoloration in the top edge of the main image, and there are several whiteout art clean-up/corrections.
