Description

Shuster Studio Artist (as Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster) Funnyman #4 Story Page 10 Original Art (Magazine Enterprises, 1948). Funnyman faces Tiny Tom (who is not all that tiny, as it turns out) on this titanic battle page by the Shuster Shop! It has been suggested that this art is by either Dick Ayers or Marvin Stein; however, we cannot confirm. The twice-up wonder (the page, not Tiny Tom, silly) was created in ink over graphite with some whiteout art clean-ups and corrections. "Funnyman" logo atop the 12.5" x 18" image area. Toned and in Very Good condition.
From the Harlan Ellison Collection.
