The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest "Assault on QuestWorld" Ramshackle Saloon Concept/Color Key Painting (Hanna-Barbera, c. 1996-97). Created for the action-packed animated series The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest, this is a stunning original background concept/color key painting of the ramshackle saloon from the episode "Assault on QuestWorld." Geared toward an older audience compared to the original Jonny Quest series, The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest followed a teenage hero on investigations of strange phenomena, legends, and mysteries in exotic locales. This incredible painting is rendered expertly in gouache on board measuring 15" x 9". It was created for scene 2 of the episode, seen within the first few moments. The sky element is hand-painted on an acetate overlay. This lot includes an official Certificate of Authenticity.
