Bullwinkle J. Moose Scene Cel (Jay Ward, c. 1970s-80s). Fans of the beloved animated series Rocky and Bullwinkle who were in the Los Angeles area had a special place they could go and purchase items related to all things Jay Ward - the legendary Dudley Do-Right Emporium, located at 8200 Sunset Boulevard (just down the street from Jay Ward Productions) and open for business from 1971 until 2005. That's where this splendid original hand-inked and hand-painted Scene cel of Bullwinkle was first obtained. This is the "Red and Orange" version of the mighty moose that Jay decided he preferred over the usual brown coloring seen in the series. Bullwinkle's full-figure image has an approximate size of 5.5" x 8.75". Collectors take note: due to most all production cels from Rocky and Bullwinkle having been destroyed years ago due to the studio's lack of storage space, these attractive Scene cels are going to be your best chance of owning a Bullwinkle cel! The cel is matted and framed with glass for an overall size of 12.75" x 15.75". All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition.
