Rangers Comics #14 (Fiction House, 1943) Condition: VG-. Gerber rates this issue a "7" or "scarce" on the Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books' Scarcity Index. Art Saaf delivered a top-notch bondage, human sacrifice, Rising Sun cover for this issue that contains the "Hirohito's Giant Headsman" story. Graham Ingels, Jim Mooney, Lee Elias, and Lily Renee art.
