Description

Archie Artist Archie Giant Series Magazine #148 Near Complete Story "Kilt in Action" Original Art Group of 10 (Archie, 1967). Archie's friends convince Mr. Lodge that Archie is heir to a title and a fortune in Scotland. They have wild adventures based on wordplay and metafiction. Also, this is the first and only time Moose is a member of The Archies. Missing Page 10 of the 11-page story. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with image areas of 10" x 15". Pages 8, 9, and 11 have tears on the bottom edges with 8 and 11 mended by tape on the back. Slight toning, residue staining from a missing logo paste-up on the first page, whiteout corrections/touch-ups, with smudging and handling wear. Overall in Very Good condition.
