Irv Novick and Joe Rubinstein Secret Origins #34 Rocket Red Story Page 4 Original Art (DC, 1988). Gorbachev recounts to the Red Rocket how Cold War paranoia spiraled into a showdown between the Soviet Union, Hal Jordan, and the Green Lantern Corps -- edging the world dangerously close to nuclear war. From "Did You Hear the One... ?", this page is created in ink over graphite on DC Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Toning, heavy smudging, whiteout corrections, blue pencil editorial notes/marks, tape on edges, marginal spot staining, trimmed edges, and minor corner/handling wear. Signed by Novick in Panel 2 and in the top margin. In Very Good condition.From the Irv Novick Family Collection.
