Cat-Man Comics #13 (Continental, 1942) CGC VG- 3.5 Cream to off-white pages. Bondage/Japanese War/Rising Sun cover by Charles Quinlan. The Photo-Journal Guide to Comic Books rates this issue a "9" ("very rare") in its Scarcity Index; it's also a "white space" issue in that volume, meaning they were unable to locate a copy of it to image.
