Super Mario Bros. 3 - VGA 85+ NM+ Unopened, Famicom Nintendo 1988 JPN. This lot marks just our third time offering the Japanese version of Super Mario Bros. 3, often hailed as one of the greatest games of all time. Released well ahead of its February 12, 1990 North American debut, this first printing is highly prized by collectors. The colorful cover art, featuring Mario flying over a checkerboard landscape framed beautifully by the border, is perfect for display. Notably, this game introduced the beloved Tanooki Suit, adding an iconic new power-up to Mario's arsenal. The box has a minor tweak on the top front edge, but it looks great overall.Auction Info
