Description

1967 Philadelphia Gum Marvel Super Heroes Stickers - Near-Complete Set 53 of 55 .
Philadelphia Chewing Gum's contribution to 1960s "Marvel-mania" took the form of bright and colorful stickers issued in 1967, featuring franchise favorites such as Captain America, Daredevil, Iron Man, Spiderman, Thor and more. These stickers are filled with gags and jokes. "Who stole my pants?" Submariner asks. "Regular aspirin just isn't strong enough!" Captain America declares. These hilarious stickers present these characters in a much more lighthearted tone, as compared to some of their source material.

Offered in this lot is a near-complete set of 53 of 55 stickers from this set.

2 are missing:
#40 My work is so secret, even I don't know what I'm doing!
#55 Don't you call me a slob!

Condition: See Images - The grades of these cards range from VG to Near Mint-Mint.
