Description
1965 Topps The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Group of 2 Robert Vaughn BGS 8 Authenticated Autographs .In the mid-1960's, if a television show was popular, Topps probably at the very least did a test run for a card set to capitalize on the newest flavor satisfying the American taste in entertainment. In 1965, it was "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." The show starred Robert Vaughn and David McCallum and made its debut in 1964, lasting four seasons. Despite the "family" title, "Uncle" actually stood for United Network Command for Law Enforcement. Offered in this lot is 2 cards autographed by Robert Vaughn himself! BGS has authenticated both autographs with a grade of 8. Included are cards #17 and #23.
