Police Comics #8 Rockford pedigree (Quality, 1942) CGC NM- 9.2 Off-white to white pages. While Jack Cole is justifiably identified with the character, the first covers featuring Plastic Man were by Gill Fox. This was the fourth in the long series of Plastic Man covers, which ended with issue #102. The origin and first appearance of Manhunter is also featured. This is the nicest copy of issue #8 CGC has graded to date; the next nicest is more than a full grade lower.
