The Great Mouse Detective Ratigan and Fidget Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1986). "You're the best of the worst around! Oh Ratigan, Oh Ratigan! The rest fall behind. OH Ratigan! OH Ratigan! The world's greatest criminal mind!" This take on Sherlock Homes animated feature film opened on July 2, 1986. This is a classic Disney villain and comedic sidekick hand-painted production cel of Ratigan and Fidget. Ratigan was voiced by Vincent Price, while Fidget was voiced by Candy Candido. This hand-painted 12 field production cel has great images of 7" and 10". A Disney seal is on the cel. Very Good condition.Auction Info
