Peter Glay (Pierre Tabary) Neil Armonstrong Stepping on the Moon Illustration Original Art (1968). Under the pseudonym of Peter Glay, the artist Pierre Tabary created numerous paintings for the French magazine Pilote. Gouache on thick cardboard with an image area of 11" x 12.4". Margins are yellowed, and there is also some edge wear. Slight scuffing in the background. Pinholes in the corners. Dargaud/Pilote stamps on the back. Sous le pseudonyme de Peter Glay, l'artiste Pierre Tabary a réalisé de nombreuses peintures pour le magazine français Pilote. Il est le frère de Jean Tabary, co-créateur du célèbre Iznogoud. Gouache sur carton épais avec superficie d'image de 28 x 31,5 cm. Les marges sont jaunies et on note aussi une usure des bords. Légères griffures dans le décor de fond. Trous d'épingles dans les coins. Cachets Dargaud/Pilote au dos. En Très Bonne condition.
