Al McWilliams Dateline: Danger! Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 12-12-68 (Field Enterprise, 1968). Dateline: Danger! is an American syndicated newspaper comic strip published from 1968 to 1974. The series, about two intelligence agents working undercover as reporters, co-starred the character Danny Raven, the first African-American lead character of a mainstream comic strip. Art rendered in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 18.5" x 5.7". Light toning in the margins. Slight crease in the top left corner. La série, qui raconte l'histoire de deux agents de renseignement travaillant sous couverture en tant que journalistes, mettait en scène le personnage de Danny Raven, le premier personnage principal afro-américain d'une bande dessinée grand public. Séquence réalisée à l'encre sur crayon graphite sur carton Bristol avec une surface d'image de 47 x 14,5 cm. Légèrement jauni dans les marges. Petit pli dans le coin supérieur gauche. En Très Bonne condition.
