John Buscema Silver Surfer #9 Unused Cover Design Preliminary Original Art (Marvel, 1969). The Surfer finds himself in a tight spot with the Flying Dutchman in this loose but exciting cover prelim by the great John Buscema. A shame it wasn't used -- what an exciting scene for a very rare Silver Surfer prelim cover! Graphite on art paper, which has then been affixed to a Bristol backing board. The image area measures 5.5" x 9". In Very Good condition.John Buscema Silver Surfer #9 Projet de Couverture (Marvel, 1969). Quelle électrisante scène d'action pour un des très rares projets de couverture sur le Surfeur d'Argent par Big John ! Crayon graphite sur papier, ensuite collé sur un carton support en Bristol. Superficie d'image de 14 x 23 cm. En Très Bonne condition.
